Easy Recipe
1 cup water
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup milk I used almond use whatever you’ve got.
2 tablespoons honey mine was at the bottom of the bear but it still works
No honey just use 2 tablespoons of sugar
I use honey and 1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon active-dry yeast*
3 1/2 to 4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
Extra melted butter to add once cooked.
Break it up like measure your dry in a smaller bowl to dump into the wet in a bigger bowl.
Just heat up the water, butter and milk on the stove or microwave until it’s warm to touch. A minute in my microwave.
Add yeast honey and sugar and wait 5 minutes to make sure the yeast starts foaming or dissolving. From there you add the flour and salt until a dough starts forming add flour as necessary to stop the dough from being too sticky. But you also don’t wanna add too much extra flour that’ll make the bread dry. Oil a bowl and let the dough rise for 15 minutes in a warm place.
Form dough balls, just rip chunks of dough off the ball and roll in hands like a cookie dough.
Cover balls another 15 minutes or more until dough balls double in size.
I like to add extra melted butter on top before they go in the oven and after they come out.
400 degrees in a greased or non stick baking pan for 15 minutes or until a golden brown color forms.
Add cheese or garlic powder or a garlic butter to make them extra tasty I forgot because I was rushing to get dinner done but my smoked Gouda shredded in there would have been so good.
I think that explains it pretty good, now go bake because it’s never too hot to bake.
