Hi everyone! I wanted to share more about my experience starting a vlog channel and balancing daily life here in Toronto. Being an introvert, filming myself was initially nerve-wracking, but it has truly helped me open up and connect with others who share similar interests like sports, Asian dramas, and cultural hobbies such as origami. One thing I discovered is the power of embracing learning disabilities openly—sharing my challenges has brought encouragement from viewers and helped me grow. I love combining my mixed heritage of Vietnamese, Cantonese, and French Canadian cultures in my videos, whether that's through featuring favorite foods, traditional Hanfu outfits, or discussing language learning journeys in Mandarin and Cantonese. This cultural blend makes my content unique. Also, sharing my struggles with finding part-time work in Toronto has been a real talking point. It’s not easy out there, but staying optimistic and continuously improving my editing skills keeps me motivated. For anyone else trying to start vlog content or searching for entry-level jobs, my advice is to keep learning, ask for feedback, and don’t hesitate to share your authentic self. Your story matters, and there’s a community ready to support you! I appreciate everyone’s support through comments, likes, and follows—it all means a lot. If you’re interested in friendship or collaboration, feel free to reach out. Looking forward to uploading more videos, especially about my first Toronto Raptors game experience—hope you’ll join me on this journey!
