Life lately 🤍 #fyp #callherrq
Life recently has been a reflective and transformative time. After going through significant challenges, including rehab appointments and personal setbacks involving an accident, I've been slowly rebuilding my life. The process is gradual and requires patience, but every small step forward feels like a victory. One key aspect of my journey has been embracing self-care and creative outlets, like practicing makeup techniques in front of the camera. This not only helps improve my skills but also boosts my confidence, reminding me that growth often comes from within. While the sense of dislocation and uncertainty sometimes creeps in—feelings like wondering where I stand and what the future holds—I've learned to appreciate the here and now. Temporary feelings of disappearance or being lost are part of the process, but focusing on clear goals and routines helps maintain balance. Rehab was a pivotal point, providing structured support and motivation to get back on track, understanding the importance of mental and physical health. I'm learning to reconnect with myself and prioritize wellbeing alongside creativity. Sharing these experiences publicly might feel vulnerable, but I believe that openness encourages empathy and community support. If you’re going through a similar phase, know that progress is not linear and it’s okay to wait for better days while working quietly on yourself. Each effort, no matter how small, contributes to reclaiming your life and dreams.
