YOU are always enough🫶

1/29 Edited to

... Read moreLiving with the understanding that "you will never be good enough for everybody, but you will always be the best for someone who really appreciate you" has profoundly influenced how I navigate self-esteem and personal relationships. It’s so common to feel pressured to meet unrealistic expectations from others, whether at work, with family, or on social media. This mindset can often lead to self-doubt and disappointment. One practical way I’ve found to embrace the idea that I am always enough is by setting personal boundaries and focusing on authentic connections. Instead of trying to please everyone, I now invest my time and energy in relationships where mutual appreciation exists. It’s a relief to remove the weight of needing universal approval, which is simply impossible. Another helpful habit is daily affirmations or reflective notes—much like the uplifting message in today’s note, which reminds us that our value isn’t measured by widespread acceptance, but by those who genuinely see and appreciate our true selves. Taking a moment each day to internalize such affirmations boosts resilience against negative self-talk. Ultimately, embracing your inherent worth leads to a more fulfilling and peaceful life. It encourages self-compassion and the freedom to be imperfect. If you struggle with self-doubt, remember that being "enough" isn’t about meeting every standard but about recognizing the unique qualities that make you valuable. You are already the best version of yourself for the right people, and that is truly what matters most.

You are enough, just as you are. Always.🤍

Always enough… right?⛈️☔️
I repeat this to myself often: “you are always enough”. But I usually struggle to believe it. See, I am constantly beating myself up, and I’m sure you are too; this is humanity. We tear ourselves down until there’s nothing left and succumb to the pressures of unrealistic expectations. Th

how do I know if I’m training hard enough?
this is a common question I get! The simple answer is, everyone’s intensity levels can vary depending on their goals but you should always be self aware of how much you are truly challenging your body and aiming for improvement! It’s important to build a good foundation of form, consistency
