This is really great advice! I struggle with paralysis type 1 currently and I know I gotta start cleaning or doing a certain task for the day but I struggle to start. I want to and I know I need to but my body doesn’t seem to start to move. I’ve noticed I’ve been getting little spurts of energy during the afternoons and that’s when I take full advantage. Because like you advise it takes momentum and I try to work with momentum to keep going. Per say, if I’m cleaning I’ll do the chores that increases momentum like vacuuming the floors and mopping, cleaning counters or surfaces and so on. I leave the dishes for last because I hate doing dishes (I do it by hand) and I have to stand in one place for a while so that always takes momentum away.
