Things I’m thinking about as the year shifts

I’m not a New Year resolution kind of person. As an AuDHDer, I find it very difficult to stick to new goals with a lot of components.

So this year, I’m focusing on my “blind spots” from past years leading up to the new year. In the past, I’ve been rushing around so much that I forget to live, I’ve become obsessed with weight and fitness, and always longing for the newest coolest insert new item here

This year, I’m looking forward to a shift in perspective. I have an immense amount of gratitude for this mind that feels lighter than previous years, my body that keeps me safe, and grateful for what I already have.
