Common yet often overlooked signs include: forgetting to eat, having racing thoughts, experiencing sudden mood changes or rage, and struggling to maintain stable relationships. It can also result in a sensory overwhelm that makes everyday experiences seem intense or exhausting. If you find yourself relating to these symptoms, it may be beneficial to seek a professional evaluation. Understanding your unique symptoms is crucial in managing ADHD effectively. Support groups and communities focused on ADHD awareness can provide valuable insights and shared experiences, enhancing your understanding and coping strategies. Joining discussions through social platforms, especially those centered around hashtags like #adhd and #adhdlife, can also offer further support and connection with others who share similar experiences.
