Staying sane during Christmas time 🎄

I spent so many years with awful anxiety leading up to the holidays. Part of it is being autistic and adhd and the uncretainty, and part of it is just that for most folks, the holidays are stressful!

How many relatives do I visit? What gifts to I buy? Will there be food I can eat? Who will I see? It’s enough to drive anyone crazy.

So I try to remember these things as the holidays approach- so far so good 🎄
