I honestly feel lighter and less bloated throughout the day. It's like a natural detox kickstart for my system before I even think about breakfast. For digestion, it acts like a gentle wake-up call for my gut. I used to sometimes struggle with sluggishness, but now things just... flow better, making my entire morning routine smoother and more comfortable. A lot of people ask, 'should I chug water in the morning?' Honestly, I'd say listen to your body. I usually aim for a large glass, around 16-20 ounces, but I don't chug it.
