Story of my name
So my name is Carter, which at the time of my birth was a little unusual for a girl. So I thought I’d share the story of my name. All the way back in the 80s, mom was working in a doctor’s office and meets a little girl name Carter. She absolutely adores this name and loves how it is unique but not too out there and decides that if she has a daughter that’s going to be her name. Flash forward to 1998 and she finally has her baby girl to name.
Even though typically boy names are more popular for girls these days I alway tell my mom she was ahead of the trend!
