Hangzhou Matcha Lake!!

The matcha lake (Qingshan Lake) is about a one-hour drive from Hangzhou city centre and is definitely a must-see when you’re in Hangzhou! I took a Didi there and the driver was shocked by the distance and clearly was not happy about it 😮‍💨 Tickets are around $6–$7 and can be bought on the spot.

This cafe specialises in kombucha on tap, but if you're looking to get your matcha fix, please go to this cafe! I'm not a big fan of matcha, but decided to try their strawberry matcha topped with their creamy basque cheesecake and it totally elevated the taste! Don't even get me started
