My 75 soft for a better me in 2025. I have always said I would do this but I always start and never finish. So here’s to trying really hard in 2025.

Soo I failed my 75 soft almost immediately LOL. My whole week was strong but come the weekend I immediately did not want to prioritize exercise or eating right because I just wanted a BREAK. College is so tiring that the burn out really makes you completely rot for a full day of not a full weekend.
