Mondays madness
Starting my Monday at 6:30am has truly transformed the way I handle the chaos that usually accompanies the beginning of the week. The key for me has been establishing a consistent routine that helps maintain my energy and focus throughout the day, which typically wraps up by 3:30pm. I find that waking up early gives me a quiet window to plan my day without distraction, setting intentions for both work tasks and self-care. Moreover, I make sure to include short breaks that allow me to recharge, whether it’s a quick walk or a moment to enjoy a cup of tea. This 'flow' keeps stress at bay and helps prevent the midday slump many experience. Balancing work and life demands isn’t easy, but having this structured flow has improved my productivity and mood. Another important aspect is preparing the night before—laying out my outfit, planning meals, and listing priorities. This prep work reduces morning decision fatigue and lets me start my day with clarity. Overall, adopting this 6:30am to 3:30pm schedule has been a game changer for conquering Monday madness and setting a positive tone for the entire week.
