Collecting colostrum??
I started collecting my colostrum around 34 weeks. Only hand expressed and not forcing anything extra. They want me to deliver around 37 weeks so I wanted to have a little saved up before then. I only collect it 2-3x a week as I don’t want to do it too much and push myself into possible labor😅
