Mondays can be challenging, especially after returning from a vacation, but they also offer a fresh start to a productive week. Today, I managed to resume work and attended a National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) board meeting, contributing to community mental health initiatives. Additionally, I focused on my research project, due Wednesday, which has sparked a lot of creativity and learning. Setting goals and reflecting on daily wins can foster motivation and progress in our personal and professional lives.
