👩🏼🍳 Easy Directions
1️⃣ Season pork chops (I did 8 regular thickness center cut and doubled the sauce recipe) on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme
2️⃣ (Optional but worth it) Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear pork chops 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned
3️⃣ Add sliced onion and apples to the bottom of the slow cooker. Place pork chops on top
4️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together apple cider, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar
5️⃣ Pour sauce over pork chops. Cover and cook
• LOW: 4–5 hours
• HIGH: 2–3 hours
6️⃣ (Optional) Remove pork chops. Stir together 2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water, add to crockpot, cover, and cook on HIGH 10–15 minutes until sauce thickens
7️⃣ Serve pork chops warm and spoon apple-onion sauce over the top
Again, you can easily double this recipe and make as much or as little as you want! I served over rice and added some veggies. Easy meal, easy clean up, and tastes like a high effort meal. 🥘
