Holding this stretch for about 20 seconds while lying down allows gravity to assist your spine. The second exercise targets the upper back and shoulder area, areas that often feel tense due to tech neck. This stretch encourages better alignment and increases circulation, reducing that heavy, achy sensation. I noticed my shoulders felt less stiff when I did this regularly. Lastly, the third exercise focuses on enhancing neck mobility. Performing slow, controlled movements helps elongate the muscles and restore range of motion.
