The Pattern That Pulls You Back Into Chaos
Sometimes the pattern is not obvious. It can look like overthinking, scanning, assuming something is wrong, or needing to bring something up the moment things get quiet.
Not because you want conflict.
Because your body may have learned that staying ahead of the problem was the safest thing to do.
When chaos was familiar, calm can feel unclear. And when calm feels unclear, the nervous system will often reach for what it knows.
That pattern can soften.
Safety does not always come from anticipating more. Sometimes it comes from learning you do not have to brace all the time.
What feels hardest for you: the overanalyzing, the assuming, or the urge to disrupt the quiet?
