Guide to building lean + toned arms

If you want arms that are lean but also have muscle definition, this is what you should do:

1. Eat in a slight calorie deficit BUT keep protein intake high. Likely to lean your arms, you will need to lose some body fat. A calorie deficit will help you do this! If you drop your protein, the muscles in your arms may be lost as you’re losing weight, so you’ll just have a “skinny” appearance without looking lean & toned. That’s why you want to keep protein high.

2. Do weightlifting workouts to build muscle. This will really start to show as you lose the fat! It will also boost metabolism, which will make fat loss easier. Bodyweight workouts are also great if you don’t have access to a gym that day and still want to work on making your arms more lean 💞
