extra tips down here to supplement your workouts!! • 7-10k steps a day, spread throughout the day • consistent bedtime & wake time • avoid ultra processed foods (no packaged foods with more than 5 ingredients is the way I easily avoid them!) • lymphatic drainage - big 6 is my favorite method

trust me, I understand!! 🤝 workout deets: • rest for 1 min - 90 seconds between each exercise • for the super sets, you do BOTH exercises then take the rest period this was including going to my aparente gym, waiting for the elevator, etc!! So you probably have even more time 🫶🏼
