Y’all can keep saying making money online is “too good to be true” while I keep making memories with my babies on a random Monday afternoon. 🤷🏼♀️
Because here’s the thing…
I wasn’t some influencer.
I didn’t have a huge following.
I wasn’t rich.
I wasn’t “lucky.”
I was a hairstylist working my butt off, raising 2 toddlers, drowning in over $30k of debt, and honestly just tired of living paycheck to paycheck.
And instead of sitting on the sidelines telling myself all the reasons it wouldn’t work…
I chose to bet on myself.
Scary? Yep.
Uncomfortable? Absolutely.
Worth it? Every single freaking day.
The funny part is people will spend YEARS saying they want a different life, but the second an opportunity shows up, they start listing all the reasons they can’t do it.
“I don’t have time.”
“I don’t have the money.”
“What if it doesn’t work?”
Okay… but what if it DOES?
What if learning a new skill could completely change your life?
Because that’s exactly what happened for me.
Now I get to be home with my kids.
I get to dance around my kitchen.
I get to be the “weird mom.”
I get to be present for the little moments that money can’t buy back.
And if making $10k+ months while being home with my babies makes me weird…
Then I’ll gladly be the weird one. 😘🔥
Stop doubting your vision and start doubting your excuses.
✨ Comment “MOM” if you’re done sitting on the sidelines watching everyone else change their life.

Making money from home while taking care of little ones is definitely not a walk in the park. I remember the initial days when I first started exploring online income streams—between nap times and diaper changes, squeezing in time to learn new skills felt almost impossible. But here's the thing: consistency and a growth mindset made all the difference. One practical step I took was creating short, authentic videos from my kitchen, embracing the “weird mom” label that others might shy away from. This approach not only helped me connect with an audience but also made the work feel natural and fun. It’s empowering to realize that you don’t need a massive following or be an influencer to carve out an online income. Handling $30k in debt while managing family life was daunting. Yet, every dollar earned online went directly toward lessening that financial burden, giving me motivation to keep going. It’s important to remember that success varies for everyone and depends on your effort and circumstances—but the key is starting and committing to the process. If you’re hesitant because of doubts like “I don’t have time” or “I’m not sure it will work,” consider shifting that mindset towards curiosity and action. What if investing an hour a day into learning a new skill could eventually lead you to financial freedom and precious moments with family that you now miss? Incorporating fun into work, like dancing around the kitchen or making playful videos with your toddlers, makes the journey enjoyable rather than a chore. This blend of personal life and business is what made all the difference for me. So, if you’re on the fence, remember: betting on yourself might just be the best decision you ever make.
