I made a reservation on the last day of the share cafe and visited.
This time I ordered a course. In a word, everything was so delicious that I could not rank it, I was able to spend happily.
The fondue of mashed potatoes and mozzarella was rich and thick. Whether you eat it as it is or with a bucket, the deliciousness of mashed potatoes remained and it was so delicious that I would like to order it again next time.
The beef sagari had a refreshing scent and a tangy mountain wasabi sauce, and the combination with the meat was good. The fourth piece had pork because there was no beef sagari. This was a lot of fat, so I felt a little heavy, but I felt that the deliciousness of the meat was enhanced.
Homemade noodles were used for pasta. It was crispy and the first texture noodles, and it was delicious that I wanted to eat even if I was full when it was intertwined with a cream sauce that was not too rich. Crabs are also full of happiness.
The terrine was mixed with figs in the dough, so I enjoyed it while feeling the texture and fig fruit. The combination of thick and rich terrine and figs was very good, and I could eat it immediately on a separate stomach.
There were various dishes besides courses as well as single items. There were many kinds of alcohol, mainly wine, so it is also recommended for those who like alcohol.
Some people came alone in the store, so I thought it would be good to calm down alone depending on the state of the store.
I heard that they will open a new store around Kanamachi, Katsushika-ku around spring, so I would like to visit again when they open.
LISATOAでの食事体験は、一人でも気軽に訪れやすい雰囲気がとても魅力的でした。自家製麺のパスタは、口当たりが良くクリームソースと絶妙に絡み合い、春先の花咲ガニの旨味を引き立てていました。 また、牛サガリのタリアータは特に印象的で、鼻に抜ける山わさびの香りとピリッとしたソースのバランスが見事。写真からも感じ取れるように、丁寧に盛り付けられた料理から、新店舗のこだわりが伺えます。 デザートのいちじくのショコラテリーヌは、フルーツの食感と濃厚なテリーヌのハーモニーが別腹になる美味しさ。加えて、バゲットに添えられたマッシュポテトとモッツァレラのフォンデュは、まろやかさが口の中に広がり、次回リピートしたい一品です。 お酒好きな方には多彩なワインの種類も楽しめ、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせるのも嬉しいポイントです。葛飾区金町に新店舗をオープン予定とのことで、そちらも楽しみにしています。春のLISATOAは、グルメな方にぜひおすすめしたいスポットです。
