As the dinner time just opened, there were vacant seats in the store and we were able to spend a relatively spacious space.
The Bagna Cauder course could have asked for "the world's best tomato basil and burrata cheese" for an additional fee, but the amount of vegetables in Bagna Cauder was so large that two women were full.
Caesar salad is mainly used kale, and kale with no odor and no habit was able to be very delicious with dressing and pink pepper. I think that preferences are divided because it is not often eaten in everyday life, but I think that even those who are not good at vegetables can enjoy it, so I recommend it.
Bagna cauder was a surprising amount. Everything was delicious, but above all, the cauliflower frit and zucchini were too delicious. There are Bagna cauder sauce, miso-like sauce, and rock salt, and you can add it as you like. Even people who are not good at mizuna and fresh carrots were able to taste beautifully until the end. Bagna cauder is a recommended dish of the shop, so I was very satisfied with the appearance and taste, so please order it when you are lost.
The main meat dish chose local chicken and duck. Both were soft with plenty of gravy, and after eating vegetables, I could not worry about oil.
I could feel the clerk's love for vegetables because they use vegetables grown in-house, and at the end I received a nice souvenir. There is also a commitment that the spoon is cute in the shape of a scoop.

私も恵比寿にある「WE ARE THE FARM」に訪れた時、バーニャカウダーの野菜の量に驚きました。まさに野菜好きにはたまらないボリューム感で、カリフラワーのフリットやズッキーニは特に絶品でした。バーニャカウダーソースは味噌風味のものと岩塩が用意されており、自分好みの味付けで野菜を楽しむことができます。 特にケールを使ったシーザーサラダは、普段なかなか食べる機会がない野菜がドレッシングとピンクペッパーのアクセントで食べやすくなっていて、野菜嫌いの友人も美味しいと言っていました。体に優しいだけでなく、味のバリエーションも豊かなので、飽きずに楽しめるのも嬉しいポイントです。 また、自社農園の新鮮野菜を使っているため、安心感がありました。店員さんの野菜愛も伝わってきて、食事の合間に農園の話を聞くのも楽しみの一つでした。お土産でいただいたスコップ型のスプーンも可愛く、細かいところまでこだわりが感じられます。 ディナータイムは比較的空いている時間帯もあるので、ゆったりとした空間でデートや女子会を楽しみたい方におすすめです。お肉料理も地鶏や合鴨といったヘルシーながらジューシーなメニューがあり、バランスのよい食事が叶います。時期ごとに使われる野菜が変わるそうなので、季節ごとに訪れる楽しみもあります。
