3. Implement measures to prevent and suppress all forms of wrongdoing, such as illegal smuggling, business in a Nomini manner, drug trafficking, acts of threat to security, building influence, acts of weapons offences, gambling and trafficking.

4. Recognize understanding with entrepreneurs and tourists, respect the laws, culture, traditions and way of life of the Thai people, and promote a quality and socially responsible tourism image.

5. Monitor the situation in the area closely. If there are cases that may affect the order, security, or image of the country, immediately report to the Ministry of Home Affairs and take urgent remedial measures.
