[From the 22 May 2014 coup to "blue regime" politics]

Today (22 May 2014), 12 years after the coup, has successfully seized power by the military for the last time.

Although we have not seen tanks on the streets for 12 years, the movement has not stopped, but is happening every day. There are no fewer than 200 cases of mass mugging, at least 74 peaceful sieges of citizens, and at least seven major political parties have been dissolved.

This is evidence that the movement has taken power out of the hands of today's people, not thinner, but stronger and more consistent.

Although Thailand is no longer under the NCPO government today, Thai political society is still under the "blue regime" that was born of the 60 Constitution, which is the legacy of the coup, and it is devouring the future of Thai society.

Under the "blue regime," they reorganized political institutions and legal systems to make the power of the elite that was not linked to the people superior to the power that came from the people who owned the country.

They laid out political institutions, and a new legal system to make the interests of the elite superior to the interests of the majority in the country.

They reorganized political institutions and legal systems to make the future of the country determined by the minority, not by the needs of the majority.

Under this regime, anyone who dares to rise up to challenge their authority and interests, will be thwarted, isolated, or destroyed by the mechanisms of the Constitutional Court, an independent body, the Senate, or the judiciary.

Under the "blue regime," the Constitutional Court, the Free Enterprise and the Senate, therefore, are not acting to protect democracy, but are destroying the core principles of democracy, breaking the core that holds the supreme power to the people, breaking the core that the state must respect the fundamental civil liberties rights of citizens.

Under the "Blue Regime," the Constitutional Court, independent organizations, and the Senate are prepared to wield power fraudulently, perverted because people cannot monitor or remove them.

The oligarchs in the "blue regime" do not have to make decisions in the interests of the majority, because they are not accountable to the people, but they are purposeful of "eating together the country," both politically and economically.

They gather politically through the appointment of constitutional courts, independent organizations, army leaders, police, judges and civil servants.

They gather economically by supporting the capital group, which is a pillar of the "blue regime," through the benefit of the people, through budget spending, and state policy, pushing the burden on the people.

So politics in this regime has no will, no potential to meet the needs of the people, structural reform does not move forward, justice is not convinced, education and national development are lagging behind, only the monopolies of capital, corruption and disparity that are soaring every year.

However, even today, they can hold virtually all state power, political institutions in the system, but that is their field.

Our field is a political field of hope and a field of win over the people, only this field where no one has a "monopoly" of the Covenant, because no regime can stop the people from hoping for a better future.

It is time for us to jointly create the "power of the people" to take Thai society out of the "blue regime," and the first door is to have a new constitution that is truly tied to the people.

Let's show the power of the majority that we need a democratic constitution, we need a nation that belongs to the people, we need a society where everyone is equal and has a future for all of us.
