Criminal Court Dismisses Thanathorn Knot Live Vaccine Royal - It's Only a Criticism of General Prayut's Administration

At 9: 09 a.m., Mr. Thanathorn flourished, the chairman of the Progressive Committee and the founder of the New Future Party, with a team, arrived in a white saddle van to courtroom 814, the Ratchada Criminal Court, to hear the judgment of the blasphemy institution or to show malice against the King in accordance with Penal Code Section 112 and the Computer Offences Act.

In the Facebook live case, a criticism of the government's supply of the COVID-19 vaccine, entitled "The Royal Vaccine, Who Has-Who Loses," misrepresented the public, alluded to the monarchy on issues related to the Siam Bio-Science Company and the supply of the vaccine, where the denial fought the case and was temporarily released.

The court spent 30 minutes judging, considering that the live broadcast was an allusion to General Prayut Chan Osha in administering the Kovid vaccine rather than a criticism for insulting the institution.

As for the allusion to the Siam Bio-Scien Company, which is a fact said by the Thanathorn and is not defamatory.

The case refers to the mayor of vaccine management. If mismanagement, the risk falls on the public.

So the defendant's actions do not interfere with the offence of blasphemy, malice, according to the Criminal Code, section 112, and the Computer Offences Act.
