🫐- 1 Cup of blueberries coated in Flour so they don’t sink
Dry Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups of AP Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking POWDER
- 1 Tsp salt
Glaze
- 3 Tbsp of melted butter
- 4 Tbsp of softened cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3/4 cups of powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F
Mix all wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Don’t add the flour covered blueberries yet! Once you combined the wet and dry ingredients fold in the flour covered blueberries.
Bake in a parchment paper lined loaf pan.
For 45ish minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
While loaf is cooling, mix together the glaze. Once completely cooled glaze the loaf and enjoy! 😊
