MY LEMON BLUEBERRY LOAF

This loaf is sooo good and even for someone who literally can’t bake to save my life this is really easy! And simple it’s definitely one of my faves for my midnight baking/ cooking I love to do here’s the recipe🙃Overall rating: 10/10

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Sugar

1 cup butter

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon femon Zest & lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1½ cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 Cup Whole milk

1 cup blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS

1. pre heat oven to 350°f line pan with parchment paper

2. sift together flour, baking

powder, and salt in a separate bowl

3. mix blue berries with flour or spray with pam

4. In a separate bowl

cream together butter & sugar until light fluffy

5. beat in eggs one by one

6. Add lemon zest and juice (add more for stronger flavor add less for less)

7. Then gradually add dry mixture

8. slowly add the milk (u don’t need to I forgot to in the pic😭)

9. fold in blueberries

10. Then bake for like 20-30 minutes or until fully cooked
