Lemon Blueberry Loaf :)

Whisk together dry ingredients:

1.5 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients:

1/3 cup melted butter

1 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons lemon zest

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup milk

Mix together wet and dry ingredients just until combined avoiding over mixing. Add 1.5 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen) tossed in about 1-2 tablespoons of flour to prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the pan. Pour mixture into a bread pan and bake at 350F for 55-65 minutes. Let cool before topping with lemon glaze

Lemon glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

Start with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and add more until desired consistency
