How to get clear skin!

... Read moreHey everyone! I've been on my own clear skin journey for a while, and I totally get how frustrating it can be when you’re trying everything but not seeing results. I wanted to share some of my personal breakthroughs, especially concerning some common habits we might not even realize are sabotaging our skin. One of the biggest game-changers for me was learning why I needed to stop washing my face in the shower. Seriously, I thought I was saving time, but it turns out the hot water and strong pressure from the showerhead were actually doing more harm than good. When you wash your face with hot water, especially in the shower, it can strip your skin of its natural oils, leaving it dry and irritated. My skin would feel tight afterwards, and then, ironically, it would overcompensate by producing more oil, leading to more breakouts and acne. Now, I always wash my face at the sink with lukewarm water and a gentle foamy cleanser. It makes a huge difference in how my skin feels – hydrated, not stripped. Speaking of apps, I know many of us are looking for quick fixes, and clear skin apps sometimes pop up. While I haven't found a magic app that gives you perfect skin overnight, some can be helpful tools! I've tried a few that remind me to drink lots of water throughout the day or track my skincare routine. They can be great for building consistency, but remember, they're supplements to a good routine, not replacements. The real work happens with consistent, gentle care. No app can replace the benefits of physically washing your face twice a day or applying sunscreen every morning. My routine now focuses on being gentle and consistent. After cleansing with lukewarm water, I make sure to pat my face dry with a clean towel. I also consistently make sure to drink lots of water – I aim for at least 8 glasses a day, and I genuinely see a difference in my skin's plumpness and radiance. And the sunscreen? Non-negotiable! Even on cloudy days or when I'm mostly indoors, I apply a good SPF. It protects against sun damage and helps maintain an even skin tone, which contributes so much to that 'radiant' look. These small changes, especially reconsidering how I wash my face, have truly transformed my complexion. Remember, consistency is key, and listening to what your skin needs makes all the difference!

Guys this isn’t related to clear skin but always shower with hot water then cold hot water opens up pores to get gunk out then cold water closes them
