This changes the concept of marshmallow...! I made "strawberry raw marshmallow" that melts away the moment you put it in your mouth 🍓✨

The sweet and sour taste of strawberries and the gentle sweetness of honey are irresistible reward sweets. The secret of this squishy texture is to whisk well with a hand mixer 🤫

100 g strawberries

60 g honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

5 g powdered gelatin

Corn starch (for finishing)

① Remove the stem of the strawberry and chop it into small pieces.

② Put ①, honey and lemon juice in a heat-resistant bowl, wrap, and heat in the microwave at 600W for 3-4 minutes.

③ Add gelatin powder while hot and mix with a hand mixer for 5 to 7 minutes until it becomes white and thick!

④ Pour into a mold with a cooking sheet to smooth the surface, cool in the refrigerator and harden.

⑤ Sprinkle with cornstarch and cut into pieces that are easy to eat ✨

⚠️ honey and should not be given to infants under 1 year of age.
