Why do I take walks?
Y’all when I say walking has changed my mindset on everything in my life I mean it.🙌🏼 I believe taking some kind of time to yourself is very important to your mental health. Walking is the time I take whether it’s a 10 minute walk or a 2 hour walk once I start I don’t stop until I feel balanced.🚶🏻
