6 High Gout-Uric Diet Group Must Be Careful!

No mushrooms, no sham... but still drinking beer and nectar may be controlling the "wrong spot" gout! 😳

Because gout is not only careful about foods that are high in purine, but alcohol, nectar and juice, even if not high in purine, increase uric acid levels and risk of relapse.

6 Groups to Watch Out For What Are There?

1️⃣ animal machine.

Liver, kidney, pendentives, heart and brain. Many species have very high purines. It should be eaten as little as possible.

2️⃣ Some kind of seafood.

Such as gut fish, sardines, small dried fish, shellfish and shrimp should be limited in quantity and frequency. Not all seafood has the same purine.

3️⃣ Red meat and wild meat.

Beef, pork, sheep and deer should be controlled in quantity. It is not necessary to abstain from all meat protein.

4️⃣, meat extract water and soup simmer concentrate.

Such as gravy, a loaf of soup with meat extract, and a long simmering of meat broth, because meat purine can be included in the broth.

5️⃣ Alcohol

Not just beer, beer, wine and spirits can increase the risk. Beer is both alcoholic and purine from yeast, so gout should be avoided.

6️⃣ Nectar and Juice

Soft drinks, sweet tea-coffee, and juices contain sugars or fructose that stimulate uric acid formation, even if they are not high on purines.

🥬 Do high-pitched vegetables have to stop?

Current evidence does not encourage gout patients to abstain from combined vegetables. Vegetable purines are not associated with the risk of meat purines, so they do not need to abstain from shallots, acacia, potatoes, mushrooms, or bamboo shoots. Just eat a variety and observe their own symptoms.

🍊 fruit is not equal to fruit.

Choose to eat the fruit in the right amount to get fiber and be fuller. The juice should be limited because it drinks quickly and gets sugar from many fruits at once.

Finally, food is only part of gout care. If a doctor gives uric antacids, should not stop or adjust the drug itself, even if the joint pain is healed.

Share this post for people who are high in gout or uric acid in the house. 💛

Who has ever been told to abstain from all vegetables because of fear of purine? Comments can be told to fern.
