Tips To Glow Up Below ⬇️

Hey everyone! Contrary to popular belief, glowing up isn’t as hard as it seems. Doing some changes to your daily routine can get you closer to the best version of yourself! Here are some ways to start:

🧼 Take Care Of Your Skin: If you don’t have a solid skincare routine then its time to start! It doesn’t have to be super complicated - you can start with cleanser, moistizuer and sunscreen. Once you incorporate these simple steps in your morning and night routine (don’t wear sunscreen at night) you can start incorporating more skincare products into your routine to treat specific concerns like acne, wrinkles, etc.

🥗 Prioritize Eating Healthy: This one might sound like the biggest sacrifice but trust me you can have your cake and eat it too, just in moderation. Try to focus on incorporating fruits instead of snacks throughout the day. You can also focus on eating healtheir throughout the week by not eating out and then treating yourself during the weekend.

💪 Exercise 30 Minutes a Day: Exercising doesn’t have to be super uncomfortable or hard. It's all about what exercise routine works best for you. Try to start slow and then build up to harder workouts since you don’t want to burn out quickly or get hurt. It’s literally 30 minutes out of a 24 hour day, you can do this.

📚 Read More Books: Instead of consuming what others are doing on social media, consume more information that’ll help you grow as a person from books! I recommend books since theres so many options to choose from on whatever subject you want to improve on (communication, making friends, confidence, etc) and you won’t get distracted as you would looking up this info online. Just go to your local library and start exploring!

🏔 Push Yourself Out Of Your Comfort Zone: In the words of Nike: “Just do it.” Start to do things that push you out of your comfort zone. Start small and slowly start pushing yourself to try something new. Remember, change begins at the end of your comfort zone.
