I used a fantastic women’s workout app that focuses on chest exercises and combined it with a caloric deficit to achieve my goals. 💪 Here's how I did it:

From push-ups to chest presses and flyes, these workouts are designed to tone and reduce fat around the chest. I made sure to follow the app's routine religiously, working out 4-5 times a week. 🏋️‍♀️
