Progress over perfection! 🌸

Hi Ladies!! Another week has flown by and I am excited to have made it to my week 3 weigh-in!! I feel like I am starting to get in rhythm with my new lifestyle and it feels amazing. 🥰 After losing 10lbs my first week, I have been losing around 2-2.5lbs a week and I couldn’t be happier. I love seeing my body slowly drop the pounds and get toned. I am in this for the long haul so I am just happy to be consistently seeing results after such a long time of seeing none at all! ✨

I will say that diet has been the game changer for sure! Doing a 16/8 Fast every day, eating in a calories deficit and taking out all snacks. I like to keep my meals simple quick and yummy…to me of course lol. I have posted my workout schedule above too just incase anyone was interested in trying it out. 😊
