🍽️ What I Eat in a Day (Maintenance Edition)
After losing 50+ lbs and maintaining my weight, one of the questions I get asked most is, “What do you actually eat in a day?”
The truth is… maintenance doesn’t mean eating perfectly—it means eating consistently.
Here’s what a realistic day of eating looks like for me:
🍳 Breakfast
Protein-packed scramble + Cream of Rice Bowl
🥚 1 whole egg + 2 servings of egg whites
🥣 Cream of Rice topped with:
* 2 tbsp peanut butter
* Drizzle of honey
* Frozen wild blueberries
✨ Starting my day with protein and carbs keeps me full and gives me energy for my workouts.

🍲 Lunch
This is one of my favorite easy lunches when I’m busy!
✔️ Power Provisions Chicken Vegetable Bone Broth Soup
✔️ BBQ Quest Protein Chips
✔️ Grape Olipop
High in protein, quick to make, and surprisingly satisfying.

🥤 Snack
A Chobani Complete Protein Drink is one of my favorite grab-and-go snacks when I need something quick between meals.
It’s an easy way to help me reach my daily protein goal without spending time in the kitchen.

🍗 Dinner
Dinner is usually whatever my family is having, just with portions that fit my goals.
Tonight was:
✨ Fried chicken wings
✨ Green beans
✨ Mashed potatoes
I don’t believe in cutting out the foods I enjoy. Learning how to fit them into my lifestyle has been one of the biggest reasons I’ve been able to maintain my weight loss.
💜 Maintenance isn’t about eating “clean” every meal.
It’s about finding meals you genuinely enjoy, prioritizing protein, and creating habits you can stick with for years—not just weeks.
If you’re on your own weight loss or body recomposition journey, I hope this gives you some meal inspiration! 😊
