Be a Work in Progress and a Masterpiece

I used to feel this constant pressure to be perfect before I could truly appreciate myself. It was a cycle of striving, feeling inadequate, and then pushing harder. This is part of your growth.' This gentle approach allows me to acknowledge the 'work in progress' without dismantling the 'masterpiece.' It’s about finding that delicate balance. You don't have to wait until you've achieved X, Y, or Z to feel worthy. You are worthy *now*, and you are also always capable of becoming even more. This mindset has freed me from the trap of perfectionism and allowed me to enjoy the journey, appreciate my current self, and still enthusiastically pursue my best self.
