Raise your hand, now put a finger down if your kids are super picky and this is going on 5 years of trying to figure what the heck do I do. I've applied many methods to introduce my kids to new foods and even up cycling the meals they currently eat only to be told they don't want it because it "LOOKS" different. My lunch time tip "feed them what they'll eat" grocery shopping becomes that much easier. No more stressing, my kid is now at least entering a "try it" phase! Personally I call that a win, every now and then I slide something new onto their plates, once and a while we'll have a winner 🏆
I keep my recipe pretty simple, lightly spread mayo or miracle whip on inside of bread, pick your cheese of choice, low to medium heat, toss in salted butter, place sandwich on top, and flip after about 1-2 minutes! Viola grilled cheese 😁
