Dandelions are packed with nutrients and the flowers are a very mild honey flavor. To be honest you can hardly tell they are in bread after its baked. A quick 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water soak to remove any bugs and the the flower petals are ready to add to a verity of baked goods. I like to pic
