Dandelion Blossom Lemonade 🍋🌼🧊

Makes ½ gallon

Ingredients:

- 4 cups Dandelion Blossoms

- 3 - 4 Lemons

- ¼ - ¾ cups Maple Syrup or Honey

- 8 cups of Water

Directions:

Harvest the beautiful flowers on a lovely sunny day.

Pluck the flowers and place into the ½ gallon jar.

Add the juice and zest of 3 - 4 lemons to the jar.

Place the maple syrup and/or honey into the jar and then fill the jar with water.

I'll let this steep all day and place it in the fridge before I go to bed, so it's chilled and ready to drink the next day. You can strain out the dandelion flowers or leave them in.
