Ingredients:
* Chicken thighs
* Bell pepper
* Onion
* Potatoes
* Soy sauce
* Chicken bouillon

* Water
Instructions:
Season chicken thighs with soy sauce and spices.
Heat oil and brown sugar in a pot until dark and caramelized, then brown chicken really well (this is key for flavor).
Add onions, bell peppers, and ketchup and mix everything together.
Add water and a little bouillon, cover, and let chicken simmer until it’s almost tender.
Then add potatoes and continue cooking until potatoes are soft, chicken is fully tender, and gravy thickens.
