The lamp I tried is advertised as a "MIL LAMP" with LED technology specifically designed for quick gel polish curing. It was surprisingly gentle on my skin and didn’t cause any discomfort during use. After just a few sessions, I noticed my gel polish lasted longer without chipping, which made my nails look freshly done for days longer than usual. For beginners like me, I recommend paying attention to the quality of the lamp and the gel polish you use, as these can significantly impact your results. It’s also helpful to keep your hands steady and properly position them under the lamp to ensure even curing.
