It’s a fantastic alternative or addition to the usual sweets, especially if you’re looking for something unique to share with friends and family. The beauty of Mardi Gras ice cream is how easily you can infuse those iconic colors – purple, green, and gold – and classic flavors into your homemade creations. My absolute go-to for a show-stopping Mardi Gras dessert is a simple vanilla base swirled with food coloring.
