Four weeks out! The countdown is real, and every second matters.

This week has been long—changes to my nutrition plan, tougher workouts, and the reality that even more changes are coming. No matter how much I try to mentally prepare, I know I’ll have to just adjust when the time comes. This week challenged me in a new way, but I showed up and pushed through.
