1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 chili seasoning pack
4 cans of chili beans
8 oz tomato sauce
2 boxes cornbread mix
2 large egg
milk
Cook your ground beef with your onion and drain.
Mix together your ground beef, salt and pepper to taste, chili seasoning, chili beans and tomato sauce in a large bowl.
Pour your mixture into a 4-quart crock pot.
Mix together your cornbread mix, egg and milk.
Pour evenly over your beef mixture.
Place a couple of paper towels under your lid, cover and cook on high for two hours.
