1 large can of pumpkin purée (I use Libby brand)
1 bag of dark chocolate chips
(if you like nuts, you can always add chopped pecans or walnuts to these cookies, I don’t but to each their own)
In a large mixing bowl, combined the cake mix, and the pumpkin purée with the chocolate chips.
scoop out your cookie dough mixture with a spoon. These do not have to be any specific size because they all come out large and fluffy.
Bake at 350 for 12-18 minutes.
