Juicing For Wellness
Just wanted to share the juices I made this week!
Even though I do focus a lot on weight loss and weight management, everything I create is really centered around overall health and wellness — because that’s the true priority.
✨ Watermelon Juice — I used a seeded watermelon for this one. Normally, I like to add beets for an extra kick and boost, but I kept it super simple this week.
✨ Carrot Juice — This one includes fresh carrots, ginger, and lemon (even though I forgot to include the lemon in the photo 😅). It’s such an energizing and detoxifying combo.
✨ I also tried to juice wheatgrass, but I wasn’t able to successfully extract the juice, so it didn’t make it into the second pic.
