🔥🍯 🍗Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich🥵🔥🧡

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 cup buttermilk

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 teaspoons Chef Bae Seasoning

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/2 teaspoon Chef Bae smoked paprika

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

- Vegetable oil, for frying

- 1/4 cup honey

- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)

- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

- Butter (optional, for brushing biscuits)

Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create four thin pieces. In a bowl, combine the buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the buttermilk mixture, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).

Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. In a shallow dish, add the flour. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off, then dredge in the flour, coating evenly. Carefully place the chicken in the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

In a small saucepan, combine honey and hot sauce. Heat over low heat, stirring until well combined and warm. Remove from heat.

Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough instructions. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake as directed until golden brown. If desired, brush the tops with melted butter after baking.

Split the warm biscuits in half. Place a piece of fried chicken on the bottom half of each biscuit. Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the chicken. Top with the other half of the biscuit. And add more sauce if needed!!🔥🥰❤️
