Recipe for Turkey Avocado Croissant Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
* 2 large buttery croissants
* 8 slices roasted turkey breast
* 4 slices bacon, cooked crispy
* 4 slices provolone or white cheddar cheese
* 1 ripe avocado, sliced
* 2 slices tomato
* Thinly sliced red onion
* Handful of mixed greens
* 2 tbsp mayonnaise
* 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley
* 1/4 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
* 1/4 tsp black pepper
* 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, and Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning to create the herb mayo.
2. Slice the croissants in half carefully. Lightly butter the inside and toast in a skillet or oven until warm with slightly crispy flaky edges.
3. Spread a generous amount of herb mayo on both sides of the croissant.
4. Layer the bottom croissant with mixed greens, sliced tomatoes, red onions, and cheese.
5. Add folded slices of roasted turkey breast naturally for height and texture. Lightly sprinkle the turkey with a little extra Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning.
6. Top with crispy bacon and fresh avocado slices.
7. Add another light drizzle of herb mayo over the avocado.
8. Place the top croissant piece on the sandwich and gently press it down slightly for that homemade deli-style aesthetic.
9. Serve immediately while warm with slight crumbs and sauce drips for that real homemade café look.
